What your company gets

Five returns on the same work.

Culture people feel

Teams that have built something together, on company time, with their own hands.

Impact you can report

Counted numbers and a written narrative, ready for proposals, RFPs, and the board.

Marketing you can use

Photography, stories, and assets sized for your channels and your careers page.

Community relationships

Named partners who know your company, take your call, and come back next year.

Impact that is real

Work chosen because it matters where you operate, not because it photographs well.

How it works

Every program is built from scratch, around your company.

Some companies want one very good day. Others want a year long campaign with a theme, a calendar, and a reporting rhythm their leadership can follow. I scope it after we talk, around your goals, your culture, your calendar, and what your team can carry.

Strategy Working sessions with your leadership to decide what your company stands for and where it shows up.
Partnerships The right nonprofits and community partners, vetted, briefed, and managed.
Production Venues, materials, staffing, and the day itself, run end to end.
Reporting Participation, outcomes, photography, and the copy to tell people about it.

Who runs it

Founder portrait

Eliza Rhodes

This year I directed logistics for more than 400 service projects at the G20 Interfaith Forum. Before that I led a marketing team of 20. Most of my career has been on the community side of this work, as a founder and a board member, which is why the strategy and the story get as much attention as the day itself.

Start here

Let's talk about your year.

Thirty minutes: what your company cares about, what you already do, and what you want to be able to say about it. I will come back with a plan built for you.
